I heated up some corn tortillas and parboiled some purple potatoes. I then fried an egg very slowly sunny side up and then added some cilantro and some lime.

Also, the way I made it last night is definitely not the normal way, the last time I did it on a grill but this time I braised the pork in the juices. I also made my own achiote paste for this.

The leaves have already started to turn and fall off the trees. I left work today and it made me really want to have a nice baguette and some fruits and nuts and cheese.
