		<description>Evidently it&#039;s okay to sell inedible shellfish, as long as it&#039;s not something popular, like maybe clams.  As a mussel-guy, I&#039;m offended on behalf of mussel-nation.  We never know what we&#039;ll get.  Even in restaurants (and paying full freight), we often get a big bowl of pistachio-sized runts.

Guess we have to always ask hard questions about mussels, and skip them if the person answering doesn&#039;t seem knowledgeable.  Sucks.
