Temptations galore abound, from Tuscan panzanella salad, Tex-Mex nachos and Middle Eastern beef or lamb kofta to Asian sensations such as Hainanese chicken rice casserole and crab mantou, as well as creative cross-border concoctions like spicy lemongrass-infused mackerel ciabatta.
